    Most of my cosmetic products while new are OLD stock.
    Therefore they may smell different (old perhaps)
    They may not apply as when first manufactured due to thickening or drying.
    I am not able to test them since are new untouched and need to stay that way.

    Please note:   Any returns will be processed minus my original shipping and you to buyer pays to return it unless there is a GROSS misrepresentation of the item or error on my part.     Should there be an issue:  Please contact me before filing a "return item" case.   I will correct any issue via return or refund.
    Shipping:
    I usually ship out daily and I always ship out during the time frame specified in the listing.  During the covid crisis please be patient with the PO as they are struggling and there have been some delays but if the item is in transit,  it will arrive.      I do not have access to anymore information about the tracking status than you do.
    Regarding shipping delays:
    Priority and first class are experiencing unprecedented delays across the nation.    As the seller, I will ship out daily as always.    Even if your package shows NO movement including no shipping scans,   be assured it has been sent and will arrive but possibly quite late.   You can track your package with the tracking number provided under your “purchases tab”.    Any issues should be addressed to the shipping carrier(USPS, Fed Ex or UPS) .   I have no more information than you do once it leaves my possession.
    I cannot process refunds/cancellations after is has been shipped for any item that arrives too late unless it is returned to me.     If you need something quickly you can message me and pay the additional cost for express / overnight options.    You must message me prior to purchase so I can adjust the listing.
