Our Rebuilding Order: 1. Saxophone was completely dismantled, checking (resealing if necessary) the seal at the bell joint, then an internally cleansing of bacterial elements (sometimes we also lightly shoot saxophone w/gold lacquer over-covering to protect lacquer) 2. All keyholes/keys checked for alignment/roughness and smoothed/corrected as needed, 3. All pads replaced and set & sealed air tight at a professional level. 4. All springs and rods checked/adjusted for a fluid play and replaced or corrected as needed. 5. All cork spacers, supports, and bumpers checked and replaced as needed.
    6. All multi-play/key settings/controls adjusted and set for correct coordinated key closings. 7. Either upgrade neck or replace neck cork tenon along with the 2 octave pads. Step 8 Begins the testing/settings/sealing process, and it is a multi-step/multi-day process across usually 5-8 days. All sensitive settings that affect the play, we try to semi-lock in, not only to correct present problems, but future problems.
We do offer saxophone rebuilding as described to any interested player who uses a Yamaha saxophone. For the baritone sax and bass clarinet, the work has to be estimated. The Ebay only price will be 5 for Alto and Soprano, and 5 for Tenor...not including any shipping charges or custom features. If parts need to be ordered, there could be extra time and cost involved...but we do stock almost all Yamaha parts.
